How long does a custom Ketu rug take?
About two months from your approval until the rug is finished. Shipping time is added on top.
What does a custom rug cost?
€200 per m², whatever design, colour or material you choose. Example: 200 × 300 cm = 6 m² = €1,200.
Which sizes are possible?
Any size. You choose the width and length to the centimetre, for a hallway runner, a large living room or an unusual space.
Can I see the colours before I order?
Yes. Every colour in the configurator comes from our real colour card. Screens show colours slightly differently, and natural dyes vary a little from batch to batch. That is part of the handmade character. If you would like to see and feel the yarn first, we send you samples on request and advise you personally.
How do payment and returns work for custom rugs?
You pay 50% when you confirm your order and the remaining 50% when you receive your rug. Because each rug is made only for you, custom orders are excluded from the right of withdrawal and from our 31-day returns.
